At Creative Psychotherapy Marin, we are seeking motivated and compassionate associate clinicians to join a growing private practice in Marin County focused on anxiety, trauma, grief, and creative approaches to psychotherapy. We welcome associates who value autonomy, collaboration, ethical practice, and the opportunity to build a sustainable long-term caseload within a supportive clinical environment.

Associates will be provided with furnished office space in a professional and calming therapeutic setting, access to a fully stocked office with clinical resources, and use of the SimplePractice electronic health record system for scheduling, documentation, and billing support. Ongoing supervision and clinical consultation are included.

Compensation will be determined based on clinical experience, licensure status, specialization, and caseload development. This position is ideal for associates who are interested in building their own professional identity while benefiting from the structure and support of an established practice. Clinicians are encouraged to market themselves, develop referral relationships, and cultivate their own niche areas of practice, while also receiving referrals generated through the practice network and online presence.
