Art Therapy Group
Weekly in-person
Tuesdays from 1pm to 2:30pm starting July 1st, 2025
This supportive, in-person art therapy group offers adults a creative space to explore emotions, reduce stress, and build self-awareness through visual expression. No prior art experience is necessary—just a willingness to engage in the process.
Guided by a licensed art therapist, each 90-minute session includes themed art directives, time for reflection, and optional group sharing. Participants will use a variety of materials to externalize inner experiences, access insight, and connect with others in a safe, non-judgmental setting.
This group is ideal for adults seeking emotional support, creative self-expression, and community.
